The area of customer’s service has a specific team of engineers known as IDT Delta Force, that tries to solve the problems of their clients. IDT ‘s client is as a whole, not only in the implementation of the equipment provided by us, which means that our Delta Force is trained and ready to assist in all the areas of an electronic power plant.
Faced with any electronic power emergency, IDT Delta Force is 24 hours, 365 days a year available to the customer and its needs, with a team working on ground to allow the more rapid and efficient solution.

Scheduled Maintenance |
The service area of IDT has offered its customers a system of ongoing maintenance and scheduled review of all electronic equipment for a power plant, have been provided by IDT or not, looking ahead to emergencies and avoiding arrests in the production and wear of the equipment.
With this alternative service the company provides customers with maintenance contracts that consider scheduled maintenance on the long term, for one, three and up to five years, with regular visits by specialists every two months for small maintenances and every six months for bigger maintenances.
